Accredited calibration certificates — included with every probe
Since 2023, the Slovak Metrological Inspectorate has been running targeted checks of temperature measuring instruments in chilled and frozen storage of food businesses — finding violations at two thirds of inspected premises, with fines from €200 to €10,000. That is why every probe we supply comes with a calibration certificate from an accredited laboratory — included in the price, including regular probe exchanges.
