Commitment

DataStorm s.r.o., the operator of tempestorm.sk, is committed to making this website accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We consider accessibility a natural part of quality — our services are also used by public-sector food operations.

Compliance status

This website is partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Automated testing found no issues; we will only declare full compliance after manual screen-reader testing, which has not yet taken place.

How we test

• automated audits with axe-core (Deque Systems) across all page types — most recently on 11 August 2026 with 0 findings,
• testing in both light and dark themes,
• keyboard operability checks of interactive elements (pricing configurator, AI assistant, cookie settings).

What is implemented

• text colour contrast of at least 4.5:1 in both light and dark themes,
• a skip-to-content link and correct page language marking in all three language versions,
• recalculated configurator prices announced to screen readers (aria-live),
• keyboard-operable AI assistant — the Esc key closes it and returns focus,
• respect for the system reduced-motion preference (prefers-reduced-motion),
• accessible naming of form controls, including cookie settings.

Known limitations

Manual screen-reader testing (NVDA, VoiceOver) has not yet been performed — we will update this statement once it has. If you encounter a barrier we have missed, please let us know.
